Covid-19 vaccination has started in Pakistan. In the first phase, frontline health workers were vaccinated. Currently, corona virus vaccinations are being registered for people 12 years of age or older.

Covidd-19 registration procedure in Pakistan
If you are a front-line health worker, you can register for the vaccination by following these instructions.

Registration Procedure for Frontline Healthcare Workers
1- Check the eligibility

Send your ID card number to 1166 via SMS.

You can also find information on this National Immunization Management System website for eligibility testing.

2- Confirmation via SMS

You will be provided with a PIN code and Vaccination Center information via SMS for verification.

3- Date of going to the vaccination center

When the vaccine is available at the center, the frontline worker will receive a second SMS with the date of vaccination.

4- Instructions for verification

The front line healthcare worker must go to the center on that date with the ID card and PIN code.

5- Confirmation over the counter

Go to the vaccination center on the scheduled date and get your ID card and PIN code verified at the counter.

6- Vaccination counter

Frontline health care workers will be vaccinated in their turn.

7- Confirmation of vaccination

Existing staff will confirm the vaccination entry in the National Immunization Management System and send an SMS to the front line worker for confirmation.

8- Medical examination

Stay in the center for 30 minutes after the vaccination for monitoring and medical examination.

Note: It should be noted that in case of taking two doses of vaccine, an SMS with instructions will be sent after 7 days.

Registration procedure for persons 12 years of age or older
1- Register for vaccination

Send your ID card number to 1166 via SMS. Children under the age of 12 can register for a vaccination with the Child Registration Certificate (Form B) number from 28 September 2021.

2- Confirmation via SMS

You will be provided with a PIN code and Vaccination Center information via SMS for verification.

3- Date of going to the vaccination center

When the vaccine is available at the center, you will receive a second SMS with the date of the visit.

4- How to change the center

If the center is outside your tehsil, you can call 1166 or visit this website within 5 days of receiving the SMS to change the center.

5- Confirmation over the counter

Go to the vaccination center on the scheduled date and get your ID card and PIN code verified at the counter.

6- Instructions for vaccination

Go to the center on the said date with the identity card and PIN code.

7- Vaccination counter

Registered persons will be vaccinated in their turn.

8- Confirmation of vaccination

Existing staff will confirm the vaccination entry in the National Immunization Management System and send an SMS to the front line worker for confirmation.

9- Medical examination

Stay in the center for 30 minutes after the vaccination for monitoring and medical examination.

People 50 years of age or older can go to their nearest vaccination center to get vaccinated after registering.
Citizens between the ages of 40 and 49 can register for the vaccination. Vaccine center and date will be informed via SMS. People 40 years of age or older can go to their nearest vaccination center to get vaccinated after registering.
People between the ages of 30 and 39 can go to their nearest vaccination center for vaccination after registering.

UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2022: Citizens who need to travel can get 2-1 additional doses of Corona Vaccine for free with an interval of at least 21/28 days from the previous dose.

Note: Only children 12 years of age and older are being vaccinated against Pfizer, Synovac and Cyano form vaccines.

Important information for your caution!

Can you reuse the N95 mask?
Although the N95 mask can be reused, reuse reduces its effectiveness. Below are instructions for reusing and disinfecting the N95 mask.

Always cover the N95 mask in a plastic bag when not in use. The mask should be kept in a dry place for 3 to 4 days for reuse. Keep at least four masks for use and use them on alternate days. Keep the used mask in a dry environment. The following methods can be used to disinfect N95 mask:
